Beatriz de Sousa is a lawyer at Maranhão & Menezes and a researcher at the Lawgorithm Research Association. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of São Paulo and holds a dual French degree from Université Jean Monnet de Saint-Étienne, with an academic exchange at Université Lyon III (2022). She has experience in data protection, intellectual property, competition law, and human rights. Beatriz has participated in academic activities on international human rights law and data protection, as well as in moot court competitions on digital law.
