Gabriel Bouret
Gabriel Lucas Bouret Torres works at the intersection of law, technology, and business, focusing on digital law (privacy, data protection, artificial intelligence, and platform regulation) and dispute resolution (domestic and international arbitration). He worked as a legal assistant at a full-service law firm, handling strategic civil litigation and domestic and international arbitration (2024–2026), receiving an Honorable Mention from PUC-MG for his studies in arbitration. He is a researcher in law and technology (TechLab USP) (2026–present); academic coordinator of UNIFESP's Intellectual Property and Digital Law League (2025–present); member of the editorial board of the Revista de Direito Civil Contemporâneo (USP) (2025–2026); and a mentee in the professional mentorship programs of the Brazilian Institute for Studies on Competition, Consumer Affairs, and International Trade (IBRAC) and the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA).
