Josie
Menezes

Josie holds a Bachelor's degree in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo - PUCSP, and a master's degree in administrative law from the same institution. She is the Coordinator of the Infrastructure Unit at the Legal Grounds Institute and a member of the Regulatory Committee at IBRAC. She has experience representing and advising clients in administrative, regulatory, competition, and digital law matters, both in advisory and litigation contexts. Her experience advising clients from various sectors include a focus on transportation, basic sanitation, healthcare, payment methods, telecommunications, electricity, chemical industry, and oil and gas.
